BUSINESS VISA

1. Limited stay VISA requirements:
a. Application letter and guarantee letter with complete identity of sponsor in Indonesia .
b. Curriculum Vitae if applicant.
c. Photocopy passport with minimum expiry date of 18 months.
d. Two (2) colour photographs 4/6 cm.
e. Recommendation letter from Department of Labour.
f. Application letter sent by sponsor to Department of Immigration ( Jakarta )

2. Visitor Visa No. 453 and 457 for business purposes require:
a. Application and guarantee letter with complete identity of sponsor in Indonesia.
b. Sponsorship letter or guarantee letter with complete identity papers of sponsor in Indonesia
c. The original and photocopy of initial visa issued.
d. Additional two (2) photos required for extension.
e. Extension valid for one (1) month only.
f. Registration at the Department of Immigration office.
g. Applicant cannot be Black Listed from Indonesia.
